Combining the philosophy of yoga and the technique of body building, Pilates is an effective exercise system accessible to all levels of fitness and flexibility. As with yoga the focus is on moving with the breath and utilising the breath to support each exercise, all the while staying mindful and conscious of the whole body as you move.
