ONE ON ONE

Tailored to your specific needs, these sessions allow you to work privately and create a regime that makes sense for you and your level of experience.

These classes are ideal if:

  • You’re a beginner and would like to get started in yoga without being overwhelmed or intimidated by a class situation
  • You would like to reach the next level in your practice or work more deeply
  • You have injuries or health concerns
  • You would like to target problem areas such as tight hamstrings, weak knees, physical imbalances
  • You would like aid in detoxifying and cleansing the body
  • You want to kick start your fitness regime

Whatever your reason a class will be designed just for you.

60-120 minute sessions available.

PREGNANCY YOGA

One on One classes for a more enjoyable pregnancy

  • make the body strong and supple in preparation for birth
  • develop a more relaxed state of mind
  • build self confidence

SMALL GROUP

Choose one style or opt for a mixture:

Yin Yoga – calming postures held for 3-5 minutes at time, working to release connective tissue, and strengthen ligaments and tendons. A very nurturing practice.

Hatha Yoga – slow precise movement, working deeply into the muscles to strengthen and gently stretch the whole body. A therapeutic practice.

Hatha Flow – moving continually from posture to posture. A more aerobic type workout.

60-120 minute sessions available.

INTENSIVES

Six to twelve-week courses to give you the knowledge and confidence to practise on your own.

Course content:

  • Asana – getting in and out of postures safely, counter posing, precautions and prohibitions
  • Pranayama – breathing exercises and understanding the respiratory system
  • Relaxation – tools and techniques to induce deep relaxation and meditation
